Martina, a marketer at Campari Group was tasked with increasing awareness of Negroni Week, an event that celebrates one of the world’s greatest cocktails and raises money for global charitable causes. Martina used Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and the Copilot feature to create personalized emails to venue owners in just two days. Martina was able to use generative AI targeting to describe who to send the emails to in her own words, and then receive text ideas for her email content which made her job fast and easy. With just a couple of clicks, she was able to add the ideas to her email and make changes to ensure accuracy, and add her own personal touches.
The best part is that Martina was able to complete her project far ahead of her deadline with Copilot in Dynamics 365 Marketing, giving her more time to focus on creative and strategic efforts.
